2. Product Information

All jewellery sold under the Amarate brand, unless specified otherwise, is made of 925 Sterling Silver.
Product images are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance due to lighting and screen settings.
Prices may change without prior notice. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Orders & Payment

Payment Methods: Orders are processed only after successful payment authentication. We accept secure digital payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and authorized digital wallets.
Strict Prepaid Model (No COD): Amarate Jewels operates strictly on a 100% prepaid basis: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option under any circumstances. By placing an order on our website, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the transaction must be fully paid online before order processing and dispatch commence.
Order Cancellations: Amarate Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in cases involving technical system glitches, pricing calculation errors, stock discrepancies, or product unavailability. In the event of such a cancellation, any payment received will be refunded in full to the original payment source.
Transaction Limits: We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location and product availability.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer.
Delivery timelines are subject to courier company and post office norms. In the rare occasion of an order missing its timeline, Amarate Jewels will coordinate with our shipping partners to ensure delivery or initiate a resolution for undelivered products.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders above the limit specified in the website at the time of check-out. Shipping charge, as specified at the time of placement of order, shall apply, for the orders within the limit specified therein.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery within 7 to 10 business days. Rare delays may occur due to unforeseen issues with our delivery partners.
During the campaign period, delivery timelines may be extended due to high order volumes.

All offers, discounts, and promotional codes are valid for a limited time only and are subject to change without prior notice.
